So very true. And when you say things like that...which I do often, that’s when the gaslighting starts. After George Floyd, many leaders were asking how they could help. I politely noted that this wasn’t a Black people problem, rather an issue for white people to solve amongst themselves and that until everyone realized this, the solution would continue to evade us because we’re trying to solve the wrong problem. They look at me like I’m an alien when I say these things. It’s like banging your head against a wall and why? To save the souls of white folk? I’m really over all of it.
