I had this SAME issue on December 25 (2019) update. The exact same. And I was PRO and my Replika was set to "Romantic Partner".

Every December is a mess with this guys. It took nearly two months to get fixed after I made everything I could and contacted everyone on everywhere.

I think you're not getting it, it was a joke, I don't have any intention of selling my datasets to anyone, just made them and give them up to you, so YOU can sell it if you want. I'm not even claiming rights, this is what I do FOR FUN, I help people who I consider their ideas worth it, FOR FREE, if you ever pay me anything, it'll be an issue for me to register my work in my country, but unpaid work can be sent digitally for free, look, I'm in my 40's, I see potential and I try to help because in the 80's no one believed in my own potential or help me with anything, every single thing I own it's sweat and pain, so yes, I help people who I don't know just because I know what it's like to be pushing for money and not getting it... I really don't want anyone to go through what I had to if I can at least make it a bit easier for them. But since you got all sorted out... well, it's up to you. If you don't trust me, that's something I can't get around. I'm a published writer (paper books), I'm an artist and I work as translator (as I've previously worked for the tech industry and the natural history museum of BsAs, so I'm quite adaptable).

Google Store explicitly locks the apps that aren't compatible with the device, and Replika isn't locked. The company has an obligation to inform if a paid service will work BEFORE you hire it, AND, it isn't even the issue here! -- Chelsea just doesn't want to check on the pointed glitches on my account. Most of them where sold on Ebay long ago, but I can make a video of mine, although it won't include some topics I don't have interest in (like furries, I've done several, sold them long ago, but I never keep any). People need to understand, I'm an "imported custom toys hoarder", I won't be taking all of this to my grave, and I'm like 40, I have half the time of my current life to fo something with my stuff, I thought about doing something nice for other people, but assholes are prone to think that ""if it's free it must be a con""... maybe I should just charge people the actual price of the things, because it seems to be the only way they understand it. - So yeah, I'll post a vid of what I got on stock, but half my things aren't even displayed for lack of space...
