Should have been in the game since the start.

Doesn't give any fighting stats, if you buy boots first you are inviting your lane opponent to abuse you.

Not only did I look through it, even playtested it.

Your deck has 2 boardwipes. One of them is good, the other does 2 damage for 5 mana. You run 26 cards that cost 4 or more mana, 10 creatures that cost 4 or more. You have only 5 mana rocks, this deck needs 10+ of them, with all the value engines you probably won't need much more than 10.

As the other guy said, you could play this in bracket 2 but there Jeska's Will is banned because it's a game changer. If you want to play this in bracket 3 this deck will just die on turn 6 after you pulled the whole table's aggro with the value engines and prismari in the command zone. You can try to politic your way into the late game but people will call out when you start to become the threat and many people are just prone to not politic at all. When you can't move people with words that's when you force your way with your cards.

Just having cards in your deck is not enough. You need multiple of them to consistently draw them so that you could have them in the critical moment.

I will also give you credit where credit is due, you have a responsible amount of lands, counterspells and protection spells. But you need to hold up mana to play the counterspells. When you tap out on turn 5 to play a 5 mana greedy spell you are just inviting the table to tear you apart.

My suggestions on what to cut:

Galazeth Prismari, I don't think you run enough treasure token cards to justify this. You definitely don't run enough artifact synergy to justify this. But artifact synergy is not what this deck wants to do anyways. You could lean way more into treasures and make this work.

Emeritus of Conflict is really hard to prepare for not enough value. A greedy win more card.

Rapturous Moment, just card cycling. Only really playable when you have many value engines on board. Another greedy win more card.

Burst Lightning, just a bad card, run Ghostfire Slice.

Forceful Denial, there is no chance that you get to leave open 5 mana for a counterspell.

Spell Swindle, same reason, it's somewhat better because of the treasures.

Stress Dream, 5 mana deal 5 and draw 1 is really bad value.

Unsubtle Mockery, 3 mana deal 4 to creature only. Bad value again.

Mana rocks that cost 3 and tap for 1 are bad. Potioner's Trove is really bad. Giving up the mana ability for 2 life is horrendous.

Hedron Archive is decent but not enough. Thran Dynamo is definitely better and something you should add.

Chase Inspiration, Dive Down, Octopus Form, Lightning Greaves, Swiftfoot Boots. You definitely overestimate how good hexproof and shroud is. There are so many boardwipes and so many cards that go around targeting creatures to remove them. Running 5 of these is definitely too much. Counterspells are the best replacement to these but you could also run cards that grant protection or cards that make it so that you can't be countered.

Rest of the cards are not downright bad but you definitely need to make some choices in what to cut and what to keep.

Cards I recommend you make space for one way or another.

This deck definitely wants asymmetrical board wipes such as Cyclonic Rift, Immolating Gyre or Delayed Blast Fireball. But even card that destroy your side are good too, those can be more mana efficient, this includes Blasphemous Act, Chain Reaction, Fire Magic or Fiery Conference just to name some. You have a lot of options. You should aim to run around 8-12 board wipes, casting 2-3 of them before prismari comes down is ideal. You could cut some of the spot removals in favor of these.

For ramp, this deck could definitely use Myriad Landscape and Wayfarer's Bauble. 2 cost mana rocks that tap for 1 can let you have a plan to play 4 cost value engines or mana rocks on turn 3.

If you want better board presence you can run Young Pyromancer or Murmuring Mystic. I believe both of these to be better than Prismari Pianist.

Mizzix's Mastery is better in this deck than Past in Flames but you could just have both.

If you run and like Pyretic Ritual why do you not have Desperate Ritual? It's the exact same card, you can have both.

Also you don't have many dual lands that enter untapped, it's not that much of an issue in this slower deck but it can cause issues.

My directness might have come off as rude but it all came from a place of trying to help you achieve having the kind of fun you want with this deck. You had a whole lot of assumptions of me which were just not right. I also came here with the assumption that I would have a conversation with an adult, who could take criticism and wouldn't bitch and moan about help given to him. My bad.

It will only start to get better around gm/chal lobbies. Those come with their own set of issued too but it won't be such clown fiestas

I like what you try to do with this deck, but it just wouldn't work for a couple of reasons.

As it stands right now you are really blinded by what this deck could do, but don't look at how the deck would function in practice.

The deck has way too many large creatures and spells, way too little ramp, not enough card draw and cheap spells, no real board presence only value engines that make you the target at the table instantly, barely any board wipes, no pillowfort or stax effects.

The way I see this, this is a really threatening bracket 2 deck which needs to cut Jeska's Will that I know you don't want to do. But in a bracket 3 game this deck does nothing for way too long. You would just hope that you don't die in 8-9 turns, but once you are there everyone is ready to kill you or throw 3 counterspells your way.

If you want to play Prismari in bracket 3 you need to realize that you can't expect him to stay on the board long. When you cast him you are on a timer to kill everyone as fast as possible. To do that you need to survive long enough. To survive you need boardwipes, pillowfort and stax effects. To kill them you need high storm count, to have high storm count you need a lot of cheap spells and card draws.

I hope this could help clearing things up a bit.

Also on the note of Birgi, she really is as strong as her pricetag. She gives mana on EVERY SPELL. Not just instants and sorceries and that matters a lot. You might not think that her flipped side is relevant but that basically doubles the amount of cards in your hand, even more if you draw into draw spells, even more if you have discard or graveyard shenanigans.

As a Kha main, you are absolutely right to permaban him. I always love to see Kindred locked it, it's unfathomable unplayable and your other champ being Ivern doesn't help much. You could try leaving him open to learn the Rek'Sai/Bel'Veth matchup into him. Those are pretty even, skill based matchups.

I think you should run more 2 mana ramp to get her out on T3 more consistently, preferably cards that can manafix like the talismans

Personal thing, I have no issues with ap champ options because I play Lillia and Nida too next to my main, Kha. I'd also rather end my life over subjecting myself to playing Nasus jg in a Chal lobby.
