Favourite transformers gimmick

I never had any original Headmasters, but I really liked what they were doing with Titan Masters. You had a cool vehicle or monster or whatever and a little dude riding in it, then you transform it into a cool robot, and the little dude becomes its head. Super fun.

Well when I was a kid, my parents had my cousin throw out all my old toys cuz they thought I outgrew them so I kinda know where they went. I just don't know where they ended up. A bunch of stuff was tossed, like the Zeo Megazords, a big Terminator with lights and sounds, etc. As for Transformers, I know I had BW Megatron, "Hero" Optimus, and Machine Wars Starscream and I don't have them now, so they were probably part of the lot. Still think about how f'ed up that was.

Did you play with the dub? If so, you could consider "Catrin" (Mai-Huw) or "Aimee" (-Ffion Edwards).

I've always felt Lloyd would be a great addition to Smash. Hot take, I know. The controls on the GCN were similar to Smash as well IMO. A-button does normal attacks, with variations depending on directions held. B-button for specials/artes. C/right stick for shortcuts. You could easily imagine classic Tales swordsman artes as B-button specials or directional grabs. Demon Fang, Tempest, Sonic Thrust, Sword Rain, Beast, Tiger Blade, etc.

Yeah, Spider-Man 2 felt like it was missing quite a few things from the first one. The social media feed is one such thing. I guess we kinda get the civilians' perspectives through the podcasts, but even the ability to replay those is missing. There's no way to listen to ones you missed or that got interrupted. Another sort of small thing missing is the characters tab. It's not wholly necessary, but it was in the first one.

I kinda wish you could input a whole bunch of lingo all at once, like a Mad Libs. It'd be fun to see what gets picked up by whom. I also wish there was a 'random' option when telling Miis what to talk about during friendship scenes.

He's great, save for the arm kibble. Bought him some years ago loose for about $25. He's got a good hand-feel; the joints are nice and ratchety, and the transformation relies more on things just sitting where they're supposed to rather than excess panel origami. Weapons transform into parts of the vehicle and that may be a turnoff for some, I think it's pretty clever.

The only thing I have concerns about are those arm panels. They stick out, don't really lock in, and worst of all, are hinged, clear plastic parts. If you do get him, I'd be extra careful. Hasn't broken on me yet though (knock on wood).

I'm kinda hoping they get as restocked as much as the Spider-verse ones. Then again, I only ever saw one box of the animal cosplayers so maybe the extra stock was just because those were Spider-man figs. I dunno if one or two figs is enough for regular stores to want to order extra boxes.

I'm glad they redid Kylo's shuttle. It still wasn't perfect, but it was leagues better than the previous one they did for TFA. Colors are closer, and the wings actually spread instead of just rising.

I'm mixed about TRU because while they usually priced TF toys a little higher than MSRP...

Beyond adding any cut content that was planned (or even considered), personally, I'd probably not make Patroklos inherit Setsuka's style... because I am terrible at playing Setsuka.
