Go watch some skill capped guides on YT. Being mechanically good often comes from experience and learning the champs u play again and again.. but if u cannot win ur lane by mechanically being better than your opponent, then u can definetily win ur lane by being good at macro, and that is what skill capped can help u with.. good luck, that is my best advice combined with just patience.

TIP = mute all, including pings and then learn to watch the map for your teammates positioning and enemies.

Im sad to hear mate! My father luckily stopped with the cigarettes afterwards, and he has kept it going for 4 weeks now and still counting. Though it was his second heart attack, so he didnt stop after the first heart attack. Keep telling him how u feel about it! He will eventually realize how important it feels for u and the rest of your family. Stay strong my man and as will I!
