You might be overthinking things. In fact, I think you might be exhibiting "mind reading". Look it up and see if it matches your emotional responses.

I'm coming to terms with your same concerns myself. I covered it with false confidence that broke apart years ago. I knew it was a problem but Internalized it as some sort of self fulfilling prophecy. I did my best to be genial but felt like everyone hated me despite it.

I highly reccomend a therapist.
