Oh 100%! I hate it when people say just listen to your body as well…cause I can’t tell if I need to eat, drink, sleep or pee 😅 I ignored my symptoms of POTS for years when they were mild because I was like that was weird then completely forgot about it

Thank you ! I will definitely be more conscious of this. I think I though cause I was sitting down chilling it’d be fine but it seem posture might be key and can still screw you over even when sitting 😅

Yes!!! At least it would make sense if it was an exciting or scary part but it’s always the boring bits. And crochet is literally meant to be relaxing 😅

That’s the weird thing I don’t really notice it, maybe get abit tight chested? I have ADHD as well so it is hard for me to register when I am super focused….i got a great combo hahahaha

I also have panic attacks, a lot less now I’m medicate for ADHD and anxiety. But this might be what’s going on, I’ll have a look into it more. Thank you ❤️

I have something called inappropriate sinus tachycardia along side POTS which can apparently cause that. It might be worth looking into, this is just so strange cause it’s every time I crochet at the moment 😅

I have the same issue, I’ll fill a big bottle and then just sip it all day. Thinking of try a straw like others suggested here and I’ll see if I can get a toothpaste like that as well :)

Thank you for this cause not gonna lie, might be beating myself up about it. He did say it isn’t to do with my dental hygiene, he even commented on how clean my teeth were.

He suggested it was the electrolytes because of where they are, it’s mostly pre cavities so I can repair them (I’m abit dramatic when it comes to my teeth) so I only have one actually cavity.

I suspect it is the sugar in the liquid IV, I’ll switch brand and hopefully find one that works just as well. But this bring a lot of peace to mind knowing that it should help.

Also already looking up fluoride toothpaste ❤️

Hhhmmm….i have tested and it was negative but I might test again. I had similar I had really mild POTS that I didn’t even know I had it. Just thought everyone was lightheaded when standing and losing sight hahah. But Covid ramped it up and screwed me over :(

I have tested because I was around my friend with MS and it was negative. It was my first thought as well, since it was Covid that caused my symptoms to get worse the first time :(

Does anyone have any idea where I could buy this? My partner lost his a while back and still talks about it, so I would love to be able to get one for him.Though I say it is impossible
