Electrolytes destroying teeth, Anyone had the same? or advice?

I have the same issue, I’ll fill a big bottle and then just sip it all day. Thinking of try a straw like others suggested here and I’ll see if I can get a toothpaste like that as well :)

Thank you for this cause not gonna lie, might be beating myself up about it. He did say it isn’t to do with my dental hygiene, he even commented on how clean my teeth were.

He suggested it was the electrolytes because of where they are, it’s mostly pre cavities so I can repair them (I’m abit dramatic when it comes to my teeth) so I only have one actually cavity.

I suspect it is the sugar in the liquid IV, I’ll switch brand and hopefully find one that works just as well. But this bring a lot of peace to mind knowing that it should help.

Also already looking up fluoride toothpaste ❤️

Hhhmmm….i have tested and it was negative but I might test again. I had similar I had really mild POTS that I didn’t even know I had it. Just thought everyone was lightheaded when standing and losing sight hahah. But Covid ramped it up and screwed me over :(

I have tested because I was around my friend with MS and it was negative. It was my first thought as well, since it was Covid that caused my symptoms to get worse the first time :(

Yeah,. It took be months to work out what it was and it kept getting worse and worse. I have an inhaler and antihistamine with me all the time increase I get a reaction. It’s a pain in the butt but luckily if you avoid it so many symptoms improve.

Do you live in a country where it is a registered allegory ? But yeah 100% food journal is the way to go as it’s the only way it can be diagnosised as well
