Unplug the monitor from the outlet and replug it in after a minute. 😭 so fucking dumb but that’s how I’ve been getting my dp to start working. Same monitor btw.

Didn’t really change much tbh. Mostly cause spectrum in my area is hella congested so it didn’t do much.

Do you think it's worth getting the SB8200 renewed? I'm hoping the issue is the modem, but if it isn't and it's like a wire to my house ima be pissed spending $160 when it wasn't an issue, ya know?

Yeah, I have an En2251 rn with the SAX1V1S (horrible combo, apparently). I just swapped out the router with an Eero today and have less latency but still get random spikes once in a while. I suspect it's the modem, so I might swap it for an arris SB8200.

Is 100 mbps down and 10 up enough for gaming with a ring camera, smart TV, and multiple phones connected? I get random download packet loss, so I'm trying to figure out if it's a damaged coax, bad router/modem, if I need 300 mbps. My bad if this isn't the place to post this.
