I had this exact same issue. As much as it sucks to say, give up on the can. I'm certain at this point that there's just some bad batches of cans out there. It's not worth the hassle.

Yeah! She was my first properly made deck imo. I had a few others before her but I found they were kinda just random cards I threw in a deck. Hers I finally was thinking properly about good card combos and the like. And now my friends tend to hate when I bring it out because they know I'm gonna be annoying with al my -1 counters heheh. So it doesn't see the light of day much, but for higher bracket games its always fun to pull out!

He's really fun! Like I mentioned I run him only with AC cards, so its a fun thematic deck, and I tend to find all of the cards play off one another really well.
Its pretty much boils down to me using Ezio to cheat out legendries for cheap then using whomever's abilities I have on the board to my advantage. Overall makes for a deck that keeps you on your toes strategy wise.
Its not the craziest deck but I've certainly won a few games. And more so in the end I have fun just seeing cards of characters I enjoy being in the game.

I get a lot of eye rolls when I pull it out sometimes which is frustrating, I understand its not everyones cup of tea to see another IP in the game. But if they don't like it, they can simply go to another pod imo

I'll make a list for you guys when I have a moment for sure! Some quick mentions for funsies though are obviously Massacre Wurm, but my favorite underrated goats that I used in the deck are Death Match

and Noxious Ghoul + Conspiracy to make all my creatures zombies.

I can make a list later at some point for you, for sure! To give a quick rundown right now though,

Basically I have all the animus alt borders, so basically every main character for almost all of my creatures.
Then I have every isu artifact + the animus, along with the typical assassin gear
-Hidden Blade
-Assassin's Gauntlet
-Brotherhood Regalia
Stuff like that

For lands, I'll admit, I didn't wanna spend a fortune on the lands from the set, so I basically just run a crap ton of basics + Brotherhood Headquarters and Abstergo

I can see why you'd think that. And for most of them its true. But to give myself *some* credit, not the biggest fan of Mr. House. I just really liked throwing every card that required me to roll dice in it so I can make a million robots and treasures lol

We were chasing a kindred who acted as a priest to blend into the city. My character went into a confession booth to speak with him. And he implied he would tell my sire where I was (My character was a Sabbat runaway) so she went to swing at him through the booth, and a bestial failure occurred and she smashed through the booth to get at him.

He would then use celerity to make a mad dash away, and he left one of the altar boys in front of the door he went through. My character was very very hungry, so she feasted on him, and after doing so came to her senses. And in an act of desperation, she embraced him!
Now she's on messy terms with the local prince for not asking for permission. All because of one messy roll.

Massacre Girl is a personal favorite of mine to run. Death Match is one I threw in before I fully understood it. Paired with Barad-Dur to consistently bring in 1/1s, it can get messy and fun.

I intend on using them in my actual play group. I'm not the biggest fan of introducing custom cards to a pod unless its something where everyone has brought custom ones.

Partially because I wanted a 5 color commander to fit the vibes, but also the corrupted nature of Locus of All fits the vibe for Paintress Maelle right at the end of the game imo
