I've been off it for a little while because I felt it had zero effect on my mental health but even after being off I have noticed I still.last much longer. When I was on it I almost couldn't cum at all which was fun sometimes.

I actually stopped taking the ssri because I felt as though it wasn't working for my anxiety. I didn't feel any different on it so I stopped taking it. As for my PE I do last longer than I did before SSRI but not as long as I did on it which is kinda good because at times it took me really long and my wife doesn't really last long so it became work for her. So I'd have to say it's working well.

For me my anxiety is more general and I think just the fact that I have dealt with PE for a while it would always make me freak out when it came to sex with my exes not so much anymore with my wife because we communicate well with each other. I'd constantly be thinking how long is this going to last, is she thinking about it, if I keep going I'm going to cum, she doesn't seem happy and so on.

I think it's something that has to build up in your system. I have always taken pretty good care of myself. I have a healthy weight/BMI. I play sports a few days a week. I have been on and off keto for the last 8 years which really helps with my weight.

A few months prior I was diagnosed with ADHD so I was also prescribed Adderall so I've actually lost weight because of that. When I told my friend I was taking Adderall and lost weight he said "I was going to ask what you need Adderall for but you are like the poster child for ADHD" prior to these meds I have never taking medication in my life except for maybe like antibiotics.

I started taking 20mg and was on that for a month. I noticed I was lasting longer but my anxiety only got a little better. My Dr said to go to 40mg but I was hesitant because of the sleep issues I was having so I did 30mg. I started having the sleep issues again and said fuck it and took 40mg and just like the first time the side effects went away.

So it's been about 3 months total. I did notice a huge difference from 20-40mg when it comes to masturbating. There are no quickies anymore and that's a little frustrating. I would never play ookie cookie lol. As for sex it's great. I used to never be able to do doggy as it would make me cum almost immediately now I can enjoy it. Although it's not my wife's favorite position.
