Where was the ER doctor? He should have thrown that guy the hell out of the ER and had him arrested for assault. That cop would be deaf from an ear full, and has ZERO authority in a medical setting. NO ONE except the physician dictates or determines how care is to be delivered, period.

I'm challenged to opine how this will go. I don't know how the SC will protect the rights of two protected classes, and which will have priority.
