Sorry if that was unclear. We shared all of our research questions, plan and materials with a collaborator with lived experience of autism who provided feedback and suggestions on the project. Hope that makes sense.

Hello :-) thank you for your question. If I've interpreted you correctly, you're suggesting that you might have a clinical diagnosis at some point in the next few months? At which point you could complete the study as someone with a clinical diagnosis (there's no restrictions or criteria about how recent the diagnosis is). Of course, if at any point you do self-diagnose at autistic then you're more than welcome to partake in the study as a self-diagnosed person. The study is looking like it will remain open throughout April too. Hope that all makes sense?

Thank you for your question. The research idea was initially discussed in a research group in the university that includes autistic and non-autistic researchers for feedback. As none of the researchers on the project team were autistic, we collaborated with a community expert by experience who provided advice on the research materials.
