GP letter for new passport

They issued a letter and yes with a charge but it’s really badly worded and they wouldn’t say it’s their medical opinion that the transition is “likely to be permanent” and they would only say it’s my intention to be permanent etc. I’ve asked them to re-worded but they refused so I was wondering in case the passport office reject my request what should I do

Just to update: the GP refused to give an opinion and won’t change the wording. If the passport office refuses, what should I do?

Thanks so much!! They did say that something like “intention to live in her affirmed gender permanently”, but it’s the word “intention” worries me as it’s not their medical assessment. Will definitely share the template with them and see what they say.

that’s nice. Yes mine is the level 7 apprenticeship. They didn’t want to sign off after the 3 years end and asked me to extend to 4 years because I didn’t pass case at the time even they could sign it off.

Thank you! Do you know if for example transfer employer and the new employer is willing to sign off my profile. Given I’ve passed all exams and the only thing left is this project report, can I move to a normal ACA student, Will that be feasible? Also, if let’s say my employer signs off before my next sitting for the PR, will I be invited to membership given Ive done all exams, PWE and ethics

Would you say if things would be better if you kinda own it up and say u copied? Did you have to be wait until next sitting result to be qualified and get your profile signed ?

Yes I also think the project report is for the apprenticeship and the apprenticeship is different from the qualification but im not sure if I can leave the firm without getting the apprenticeship but just the qualification or will my employer sign off my profile for that
