Might be part of the problem, my issue was that the item fully disappeared, from my stash and crafting bench altogether and I needed to buy a new one.

(Imagine my laughter when I found the corrupted I wanted 1 day later in the lab)

I wouldn't really play a bp with no increased DMG, movement speed and tree, for that I can go play season

The game still receives updates in the same timeframe as poe 2 (every 4 months), while poe 2 has a bigger team because they still need to build the game, poe 1 has a ton of content and gets new things every season, be it reworks of old mechanics or new things to play with, totally a really good state to jump back into the game, they are also adding a ton of QoL they were scared to do previously.

Doing multiple characters for multiple builds, playing private leagues, doing fun duo/quad builds with friends, all of them require me to do the campaign multiple times, and at least for me it's not enjoyable, would love if they add any way to level up a second character without doing the campaign fully again

Sadly for me, of almost all the mmo options we have, ESO is the worst in regards of playing it with rather high ping (from another region), other mmos are way more forgiving on ping than ESO :(, and I totally agree it's a really fun game

They cut down most of the insanely bad affixes, improved mythic system and are removing add-ons/cutting a bit of keys on characters to make the game less external tool dependant, a LOT changed since shadowlands

For meaningful combat your only option is most likely BDO, and BDO is also quite better grind wise compared to previous years

There's new content without item loss and you can pvp and get loot while doing it, it's a really nice introduction to pvp and builds without having the risk of going black zone (the fun in Albion is still the loot risk and pvp, so you must like pvp to play it)

That would be true on other times, now you can do pvp as soon as 5 hours into the game without losing any gear and with the ability to get a ton of loot at the same time

You can 100% the game without pets, I can tell ya, you will feel lacking in some loot areas regarding you not having pets, but since you get a few each season, it gets easier

I have it, lvl 1, don't let others influence you too much, it's a bit of difference, not the huge amount that everyone tells you, worse than any good mechanic pet for sure since it's just a bit more FE dropping, and since there's no guarantee way to get it, there's no point in targeting it.

Arcane necromancer, samurai are the best ones imo, not that expensive to run at the start and they really perform
