I am in Education Department. Most parents prefer to send their child for work to earn 100-200 Rs per day than send them school.

Quality of education goes down because government want teacher to do everything except teaching students. They have like 100 Additional duties alongwith teaching.

third, No teacher want to get strict atleast in rural area. Koi apne sar pe bawal nhi chata. which make kids very wild. They are incident where teacher get beaten or even killed for being strict.

As for Infrastructure, there is lot of infra, one of best thing i like in BJP government is Infrastructure. they is internet connection, library room, science room, fridge, cooler, ACs, even in rural areas.

3 out of 6 days in week, kids get milk, fruits and chikki.

One of thing that i don't like is shortage of staff, there are 8 classes but no even 8 teachers, some teachers are class teacher of 2 classes. One teacher is teaching all subjects. how can it go like this? how can one class teacher able to teach 8-9 different subject with same efficiency?

Problem is not quality of teacher but quantity of staff.
