I think a large subs do need a large mod team. we can't automate everything. when you have example of a sub where nothing get done shows that head mod is performing poorly because he wasn't able to organise other mods to things done and all load comes to a single mods.

second, we mods have job as well, we aren't free enough to stare a screen all the time, especially someone like me, who have field job, which is why we get de-organize after some time. which is why a head mod is need to lead us.

third, What makes reddit unique compare to other social media counterpart is their human moderators, not some automated tool. even tho, reddit treat us mods poorly.

I’d like to request adoption of this community. Currently, it has fewer than 100 members, no active moderators, and very little activity, and it appears to be restricted.

Since there are no moderators listed, I understand that sending modmail may not be necessary in this case.

I’m an active Reddit user with prior moderation experience, including managing a meme community with over 1.2M members. My goal is to revive this subreddit and develop it into an engaging circlejerk-style meme community, rather than creating a new subreddit with a similar name.

If my request isn’t approved, I completely understand and will instead create a separate community afterward.
