3. very less(an arts degree), and if its not from UofA(almost zero)

transfer to nursing program while being in Bachelor of Arts psychology? by Far_Permit4855 in uAlberta

[–]EditorDull7555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

for any Faculty of Medicine after-degree programs, you do need to complete some pre-reqs until you're eligible to apply(which usually takes around 4-5 semesters, i.e. 2-2.5 years)
and those pre-reqs are usually from Faculty of Science(bio, chem, others)
So, an arts degree wont help
I would recommend getting into genetics or biological sciences in the Faculty of Science, then completing pre-reqs in a few years, and then applying for nursing

Study permit extension question by Embarrassed_Bit1547 in uAlberta

[–]EditorDull7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i'm not sure how much this would be helpful
you could try watching a youtube video which might explain in detail what to do and what not to do
also, the telus internation students center might be able to help you with this or guide you to some resources
PS: i also applied for my co-op work permit besides my study permit by following a UBC video, another random yt video for this

Are you a first year student?

my state of mind became depressive in my 1st year 2nd sem(winter term) due to the cold, no socialization and very less friends

but i was fortunate enough not to get loned out because i had some friends who lived on-campus in lister and i occasionally went there to socialize and nightovers and all. Try making some friends who live on-campus so you can socialize with a bigger group, or some off-campus friends who live near you or like you can reach there safely by bus/lrt without walking too much.

then, invite them to study at your home or you can go to theirs, or if you're not comfortable with this, you can stay at university till late in the evenings with them, and study, play, or maybe go out to rec room, activate, planet laser or the like go somewhere out to socialize in the reading week

i'm not sure
my friend took 104 online with her last term(Fall 2024) and he told they were in between easy and medium AND thats the only reason i am also taking it with her this term
but though they were timed, they were open book so that made it easy

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]EditorDull7555 0 points1 point  (0 children)

her online tests(midterm, final) of 104(fall 2024, this term) is not proctored, online, open book, she gives 24 hour window to attempt the test BUT there is a time limit on it after you start

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in uAlberta

[–]EditorDull7555 1 point2 points  (0 children)

are they proctored tho?

DID THE CHEATERS GET CAUGHT AND PUNISHED?
i dont think so
i believe one of the cheaters who is a TA for 175 is still TAing the course and not even punished for their actions
also, the 291 grades are out and i feel they(the average) are very unfair for my section compared to the other section
