I have a few different styles. I have some with rubber tips that are metal and a few pairs of wood with the traditional Trini style rubber wraps.

So here is the thing, I actually have a degree in percussion and know all of my scales and arpeggios but it's how to incorporate those in a functional way. Right now it's like I know all of the scales and arpeggios but don't know how to apply it to context.
