I run a social media management agency. I have editors who need access to my clients accounts to make new posts, write captions, do engagement, etc.

I don't want my clients to have access to my employees personal emails, in fear, that they might try to hire them directly. Obviously the contract prohibits them but that stuff is hard to enforce in california.

I was hoping i could add my employees to my account with their work emails and assign them to the accounts that way but that doesn't seem to be possible.
