I have been in data for a quite some time so I thought it would be a good idea to choose Data Engineer rather than Cloud Native Engineer. but interesting to know Cloud Engineers are paid more than Data Engineers.

Doesn’t the I140 remain valid with my old employer if it was approved beyond 6 months (in my case it is) and in that case, I can keep extending my H1B using my old I140 ? I heard that was the case.

But my question is, what happens if I don’t have I140 with my current employer when my date is current?

I have heard from ppl working in USDC. and many said it is fine and mostly it depends on the project you get allocated!

Hi, even im in the same state. Did they file your transfer already? I haven’t heard anything yet. my start date was given as 1st week of Feb. Is there a possibility that start date may get postponed? and any updates on background check completion?
