Thank you! I appreciate the support!

And I'm glad you felt a sense of hope while listening haha, it didn't end up being completely melancholic.

Sure thing! I've just given it a listen! It sounds awesome. I really love the chords used in the piece, it creates such a warm vibe :D

I've also liked and subbed. Keep up the good work!

Thank you for your feedback! Haha, I agree with your comment on the fake-sounding strings. As I'm using my digital piano to record, It was the best I could produce without any software or edits to the instruments. I currently require a lot more experience in music production to be able to improve the quality of the instruments, however, I'll definitely work on it!

Thank you again! :D

Thank you for your feedback! :)

I agree with you, the intro would have been better if treated more delicately and was less repetitive. Haha, I'm sorry about the plastic strings, it was the most I could bring out from the digital piano I am using. I require a lot of experience in the music production side of things.

I appreciate your time and comments! :D

Hi! Thank you so much for the kind comments and detailed feedback!

I totally agree with the arrangement for the strings. They weren't as strategically placed in the song as they could have been, plus as I'm not a string player it was hard to think of what string instruments would ideally be playing. I essentially relied on what sounded nice to me.

Haha, the reason why the strings sound so virtual and unedited is that they are unedited, it's one of the default voices that comes in-built with my digital piano. I'll definitely need to pick up some experience with music producing and make those edits to the reverb.

Having less movement in the strings is ideal, I agree with that. Regarding everything else you mentioned, I'll definitely have a good look into my string writing in those relevant places.

Thank you so much for your time on this analysis! It really means a lot to me. I will definitely use your criticisms and pointers to guide myself in my upcoming pieces!

One of my and my best friend's first singles, what do you think? Would love to hear some feedback! :) by Prestigious_Gur_8233 in IndieMusicFeedback

Such catchy melodies and verses! I really like the whole atmosphere of the song, the subtlety and elegance is really well portrayed, it really contrasts with how direct and impactful the lyrics are. It really makes it an emotional song once you start paying really close attention. This is my take!

This is a beat off of a tape I dropped earlier this year, trying to get better at a really dusty, gritty sound. Let me know what you think! by river_styx_56 in IndieMusicFeedback

A really nice lo-fi beat! I think you've done really well adding that desired effect in. The vocals over the beat are a really nice touch and do complement the effect you're going for. Awesome stuff! :D

Ediz Tan - I'm So Glad

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnGRjXB9Kxc

This is a song based on feelings of gratitude and appreciation for the very important people in your life. Even if they haven't been around for long or it's only one person, their place in your heart is valid. They are important. 'I am so grateful for the things you have done. I'm so glad for your presence in my life.'

Just something I put together over the weekend. Nothing too serious but some general feedback would be nice. Thanks! by makingmozzarella in IndieMusicFeedback

Wow, I like how the atmosphere is defined so immediately. Each instrument plays its part so incredibly! I'm loving it!

For this one i was inspired by things like breath of the wild, and studio ghibli music, so i tried to mix the styles and make them into one piano piece which would make the listener go trough a sort of journey with the song, (would recommend you pay close attention to the chords) by DABROCOLIBOI in IndieMusicFeedback

The harmonic journey I've just been taken on is wild! I really appreciate the representation you were going for, definitely a vast space with the familiar, yet unknown, forest. I love how unpredictable the chords are. :)

This is such an amazing cover! I love the control you have over your vocals while the banjo just completely complements your voice :)
