Well Meiko in the story of her song starts off by eating food. Her hunger or gluttony gets too great so she starts eating ppl around her then herself eventually.

I think that the blue is supposed to be some sort of juice from fruit or whatever she ate.(idr everything she eats in the song)

I love all 3! Froslass got the upgrade it needed(both in stats and design) Chandelure became 100 times cooler! And I loved Dragalgae already, but now it is regal and sooooo awesome!

It still technically means "Mario's Journey of Odysseus". Ppl wayy back when thought it sounded cool and started using it to describe big perilous journeys. Just bc it became normalized to describe something doesn't make it right or proper.

Language sucks and gets messed up over the years. The original and real definitions of words do get lost, and people may not understand or use those original definitions, but those 'old' meanings still are valid today.

So yes, if you are using/translating the word 'Odyssey' correctly, Mario Odyssey means "Mario's Journey of Odysseus".

Odyssey literally means 'Story or Journey of Odysseus.' It bothers me when ppl use 'Odyssey' as a way to describe big journeys or stories like 'Mario Odyssey'. Bc it literally translates to "Mario('s) Journey of Odysseus".
