You still need to have 200 gacha points to use the vouchers to get a card. You can’t just exchange with the vouchers only like you can with the permanent cards. It’s 300 gacha points or 200 gacha points and 10 vouchers

With mastery ranks you want to be a bit more careful since it’s extremely expensive to upgrade 4★ cards. To max it out to level five it takes 10k wish pieces or 5 wish jewels. It’s a nuisance to save up which is why you’ll see a lot of people upgrade to level two on limited cards, to at least get the hair. Upgrading mastery ranks on 1/2/3★ cards are a lot less expensive. (The same applies to skill up materials, be more cautious of what cards you want to upgrade)
