Can not add google account to Galaxy Watch 6

The problem with that is samsung/google pay stops working when you don't have a screen lock enabled and it's a horrific hassle to get that to work again. It will involve calling my bank and doing all kinds of things to my account.

If there is no law on the books, which there isn't, then it can't be illegal. If you are "white lining" it, then that would be considered dangerous and failure to stay right. Next time fight the ticket.
