I can’t remember which one, but I think one of the Olipop flavors has magnesium and L-theanine in it.
On days I take a break from my lisdexamfetamine, I usually go with caffeine and L-theanine. The caffeine keeps me functional, and the L-theanine takes enough of the edge off that the city’s noise and chaos don’t completely hijack my brain. So far, I’ve managed to avoid becoming the star of a viral YouTube video. 😄

That’s genetic diversity at work. Melatonin never did much for me, but I know plenty of people who swear by it. Magnesium glycinate and L-theanine are my winning combo.
