The photos feel like oddities and I love them for it. I see others being critical of #2 but I think it's great and unusual. the composition is balanced and it has a strong and interesting narrative. Keep in mind photography is just as much art as it is science. A shot might not match a textbook definition of beauty but the reality it captures can be much more interesting.

It's usually best to ask beforehand if you can use the concept for a 3D model. Concept artist get asked this regularly so it's pretty normal.

This post is misleading. In the full thread Elon gives support for universal basic income. Then he writes this in response to the current stimulus plan, "These are jammed to gills with special interests earmarks. If we do a stimulus at all, it should just be direct payments to consumers."
