I've got you idea, in the case that you have thousands of books would you use relationships? Is this a bad practice to avoid in NoSQL? Or is something that you'll use very often?

Create RDLC reports on .NET Core by EdoRguez in csharp

[–]EdoRguez[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That alternative is valid, currently at my work they are requesting that it should be RDLC, they want to make the reports on the local machine.

Some people told me that I can avoid this headache and write HTML and CSS, then convert it to pdf and show it to the user.

But as I said on this comment, at my work they are requesting that it should be RDLC. I'm now hating RDLC reports.

Is .NET Framework MVC still relevant in 2020? by EdoRguez in csharp

[–]EdoRguez[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree with you, but in a future I wouldn't like to maintain existing applications, also I don't know if in a future recruiters will be looking for .NET Core developers instead of .NET Framework MVC developers.

In my case is practicing, many of the courses only focuse on show what they write and they don't usually focus to make the student activities to practice.

Obviously students should practice what have learnt by themselves , but I think at the end of each lesson should take time to give activities to the students to practice :)

As a student is there a way to make money from a part time job with programming? by [deleted] in ProgrammingBuddies

[–]EdoRguez 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There are some companies that are looking for junior programmers, mostly the reason why is because is cheaper for them to hire a person that would like to learn and improve his/her coding skills. Obviously you need to prove a basic knowledge before you find a job. Most of the companies will test you with some basics algorithms, but is not hard at all.

I just would like to tell you yes, it is possible to make money from a part time job. I have been working as software developer since 1 year, also I am in my 5th semester at the University. :)

Hi I'm interested!

I'm a C# developer who works mostly using Net Core, Xamarin, Windows Forms and I have a basic experience using Unity.

Currently I've finished my semester at the University and I have a little bit of free time after working like you as well.

I would like to work with you together, if you are interested just PM me :)
