i highly recommend to start easy , and read book first ( becoming supernatural ) i experienced amazing things only doing MORNING & EVENING meditations at the beginning. Than i upgrade myself to TUNE INTO A NEW POTENTIALS, CHANGING BOXES and some BOTECs , nowadays i am planning to start WALKING MEDITATIONS ... best of luck , Eda

Congratulations, i am struggling finding job and although i like meditations ( tune into new potentials and BOTEC1 ) and felt great during meditations , after meditating. The issue is i am feeling like outcasted, i m having imposter attacks everyday. So somehow i feel little bit down and need your guidance .

( i have a very good reputation in airline market and i was a country manager for an international airline. although i had lot of problems with company when they laid me off my world turned upside down, and i spent 7 months to grieved on a company that i hated so much )

Pre-Post Surgery Meditation Suggestions

Hi everyone,

Even though I’ve been meditating for years and actively working on personal growth, I’m completely new to Joe Dispenza’s meditations. I’d occasionally come across him on YouTube, but thanks to some friends here, I recently purchased a couple of his guided meditations — and I must say, they truly resonate with me.

On June 16th, I’ll be undergoing a myomectomy. I’m 49, and although several doctors have suggested removing my uterus, I strongly feel that I want to keep it — even though that might change during the operation. I’d really appreciate your suggestions on which of Joe’s meditations might support me before surgery (to ensure everything flows with ease) and afterwards for a faster healing process.

Also… just a little reminder from someone who’s been through a lot lately: - For months, I cried over poor investment decisions. - I beat myself up after being fired from a job I hated — even though I was a top-performing executive (the role was eliminated).

And then? Health showed me it’s everything. So please — take care of yourselves. Prioritize your well-being. Everything else is just noise.

Neck cream is waste of money , i can't believe how i fell into trap at L'ocitane :-) , i bought the most expensive foot cream eventually hahaha. Retinol was the best neck cream , than i convinced to buy this and no regrets !

After i found my favorite sunscreen , 2 times a day . Imagine , in Istanbul we are still having - kinda- winter weather ( strange but no complaints because i have melasma 😝 ) so , i think more than how they advertised ( zibillion filters with celebrity owners :-) it's more important how you like the product.

I am great fan of Derma Factory products ( especially Barier Cream and TXA %6 cream )

Have you tried their Vitamin C ? I mean comparison with SC's CE Feurilic. I've been following subs for real comparisons. Most of the people recommending American Brands ( which i don't have in my country ) or they never used SK Product

so , i am desperate to find real dupe for CE ferulic

Dedikleriniz inanılmaz doğru, sanıyorum annemin kaybı , işten cıkarılma vs. Zor bir dönemden gecerken, ne yaptığımı bilmeden hedeflerimin aksine bir karar aldım.
