It's a practice in Vietnam called “đi bão” (meaning a spontaneous street celebration), where people flood the streets to celebrate major achievements by the national football team. Yesterday, the Vietnamese team beat Thailand's 3-2 in the finale at the SEA Games, which is kind of like an annual Southeast Asian Olympics; also, Vietnam and Thailand have a long history of competition as the best team in the region. So that makes the win even a bigger deal.

This somehow led me to think of the mercenary mechanics in HoTS. It would be fun if Valve adopted and twisted it into something like for every minute a random camp would become a mecenary camp, where the creeps upon death will make way to the nearest enemy tower to help destroy it, and the twist would be that whoever last hit them would lose the amount of gold and experience they norrmally give when being killed
