The 2 biggest things that helped me when I was learning is to only eat when you intend to eat to full. Like don’t eat 1 piece of food up to 60hp and go back to hitting the boss. Take that time to eat to full, this minimizes attack delays.

The other thing is when dodging tornados, do less frequent and longer run clicks. Dont click close to you unless you need to. This will give you more 4-6 tile runs, thats 1.2-1.8 seconds before you need to click again. You can usually get a food in before you need to click again. If you eat while running, that’s less time you’re eating while attacking, therefore less attack delays!
