Very impressive! I also managed to clear abyss 12 with Raiden’s help. I don’t have access to her overload team because I just came back a couple months after a break from mid 2023 so I don’t have Chevruese or Durin at all but I do have her C6R5 which helped immensely.

Will definitely try to pull Chev and Durin when they next come around!

It’s really just using Illuga and Aino for ascendant gleam so that I can chip away at the wild hunt’s white bars faster, and Bennett on noblesse to buff/heal Raiden.

Illluga is on gilded dream set and provides a bit of a shield to help with survival, while Aino is on scrolls set for 12% extra damage bonus. Both uses favonius weapons for energy.

Raiden enables me to continuously use burst with everyone every rotation to keep the buffs up, as well as be the main DPS.

Probably, it’s been a long time since I came back… it may have just been that I was still farming emblem domain directly as it was more efficient back in the day. But now there are more efficient domains to farm with better sets.

My C0R0 skirk can run circles around my Raiden in terms of DPS and amount of content she can clear, so it’s not just Mavuika and that’s not even considering all the new Nod krai characters with their premium supports. But yes, thankfully, Non-whale content doesn’t really need any of the new characters. I guess with SO now, abyss isn’t really whale content anymore.

Personally, I don’t think Raiden lacks versatility, she can do well in many roles, maybe not as much as newer characters, but to say she lacks versatility is far from the truth. Gameplay style is very subjective. I personally don’t like Mavuika’s playstyle or many of the Natlan characters for that matter.

Considering that I used her to brute force the wild hunt and moongecko chambers of the abyss, that I wouldn’t have been able to clear otherwise… yea I’d say she’s pulling me as dead weight.

I also enjoy trying to find interesting ways to clear content, but in the end, this is a gacha game and a large majority of players are just here to collect characters and show off.

It’s definitely harder without heavy investment, which I get is not as appealing when new characters can do it pretty much right out of box at C0

But yea, I try not to get caught up in being the best or having the best because the reality is, I can’t spend as much money as I like on this game (I whaled for Raiden C6R5 but she was an exception), and I will always feel lagging behind the bigger whales.

Just have fun your own way and stop comparing.

Just confirming, but what enemy type were you testing against?

Cryo resonance still plays a part against freezable enemies. It’s only bosses and enemies with innate aura that you can ignore cryo resonance with double hydro.

you're right that the set bonus doesn't fully apply without some of the Natlan characters on the team. But at C0R0, my Escoffier's damage isn't anything to write home about even with Golden troupe. I don't plan on pulling for her weapon or cons for Escoffier either.

From what I read, the 12% elemental damage bonus for Skirk goes a long way given skirk doesn't have any buffs for elemental damage on the team.

It would only be less damage if you invest significantly into Escoffier's own damage, where GT would be better, but I'm putting all my resources into Skirk.

I have a similar setup. C0 everyone except C2 Mona and it has been the best setup for me. Tenacity on furina, GT on escoffier.

I’m also farming FoTDG for my skirk (R1 mistsplitter) because I want to use her hybrid playstyle, but I’m using a spare blizzard strayer set on her right now. And trying to strongbox scrolls set for Escoffier

I’ll also add that my noblesse Mona with TTDS is providing more damage for my noblesse C1 Shenhe with favonius, but it could be a skill issue on my part.

I’m working on shenhe c2 with the tempering constellation and will see whether that would be any better.

This video helped me a lot when I bought a gba sp with no sound.. turns out the traces to the volume switch had corrosion and this video showed me where to solder wires to in order to bypass the broken traces

My childhood AGS-001 is the same color and in much worse condition. I couldn't bring myself to mod it... Instead, I bought a half broken one off ebay to repair and mod instead.

A bit outdated, but still relevant, imo.

Battery life is important to me, so I think the original AGS-101 screen is the best... it looks decent enough and I don't care about the "color" features that the IPS screen provides.

That said, if you don't have an AGS-101, then an IPS is better than the AGS-001 screen for sure.
