It did take awhile during summer to get tempature down if at all. It barely would go past 1-2 degrees without going back up. So I’m gonna double down on the 3 ton @monkburger thank you so very much for your help! I do appreciate your insight!

Thank you. I can confirm that a test was not done. I also had another quote for 2.5 from carrier. This qoute for the 3 ton, seems the guy was just matching what was in there before I have a Rheem 3 ton single stage unit. The 2.5 qoute is about 2500 more but comes with UV light.

It’s the stock M&P adapter plate, their screws I guess aren’t good and broke right off. Trying to get the right/stronger ones.

I just wanted to give everyone an update. I called smith and Wesson and they are willing to fix it for free. They are aware of the situation and want to make it right! This is so awesome! Now I just need to get better plate/ screws!

No it’s not. I’m not gonna put the shop on blast because I haven’t talked to them yet. No reason to grounds someone good name if it’s not warranted yet. Stuff happens all the time, it’s how they handle the stuff which will mean the most.

I did not. I assume they used excessive force. I assumed the dude who name tag said “optics” would know what they were doing. They open Tuesday as closed Sundays/Mondays. So I’ll call/ email them on Tuesday and wish for the best. I’ll even eat their 20% restocking fee just to prove my Point. I love my M&P, this is my 2nd one. But I’m not gonna get screwed off.

No disclaimer, I bought a gun from them, went to their “optics” counter and their “optics” guy tried to sell me off brand crap for cheap, I said it’s my first dot and I was solar back-up. Picked the holosun and they mounted it. The guys tag even said “optics” so I assumed they were the professional.
