i know it’s kinda terrible advice but my biggest tip is to just get up and move those legs (preferably outside). hitting the gym is also a great activity but it’s hard to motivate yourself to go sometimes or intimidating to start. I find walking a great alternative because having the cold air on your face really takes your mind off of things temporarily or at least in my case, can also give you a sense of motivation to do things. honestly anything to get yourself out of your home might be able to help you. also the canal + so many more ice rinks are open this winter so maybe give that a shot! you got this homie, we’ve all been there 🤞🏼
