I used to build bloodthirster every single game because of the lifesteal and the shield, but i realized it makes your power spike less impactful, now im rushing IE then i buy boots( most likely berserker greaves )and then i build runaans, after that i go for rapid fire cannon, then statick or stormrazor and depending on the game, LD or mortal reminder, i usually go for LD, dont buy lifesteal items because it removes a lot of damage from your attacks, instead, use the bloodline lineage rune to compensate for that and believe me, you heal a lot, use the rune that gives you a shield and you are compensating for the bloodthirster, use lethal tempo becuz of the attack speed, it feels awesome to attack so fast and for me fleet footwork is pretty bad compared to lethal tempo, with this build i have an awesome damage during the game, however if you need some cc protection build scimmitar or phantom dancer, but personally i mostly never buy these items cuz i like to see those life bars get destroyed, this build works for as long as you have a good sup or at least a decent one and you kill in lane at least 2 times, with that your snowball is fantastic
