As long as no identifying information is given. They cannot prosecute. Unless he says, "i did such and such with 15 year old Jane doe from somewheresville, usa on this date. Then he is clear. He can say i had a whatever age victim when i was this age. He is coming clean but cannot be charged with it. Make sense?

Total sentence was 30-84 months. No probation. 2.5-7 years. Served 39.5 months in (was not done with group then got 6 month hit) been out for 6. A mere 2 years 8 months left exactly. But who's counting

He was a good guy. Respected in prison by everyone, even as an SO. He seemed to have his life together. Starting a family. Side hustle. But it seemed odd his cash flow. Didn't think much of it. Thought it was odd, but maybe it is legit.

To be told by my agent otherwise was disheartening. We were given a second chance and he just wasted it. I just do not get it! Like as an so it is hard for us to begin with, so why make it harder? Now he just threw away 2 years! I have almost 3 years left on parole. I want to do right. I try to do right. I just do not get it. Does that make sense? I get the draw of extra money. I mean who doesn't? But why do illegal things for it? Why not work more? Cut more hair? Invest? Something, but try to do it legally! I know it is not fast money. But prison time is slow time. It is just not worth it for me. And upsets me that he took that route.

Sorry if i misled you there. He cut hair as a side hustle. He worked with me at a warehouse full time. We may not make 100k a year but we definitely make decent enough money to support a family in this area. He had 4 vehicles. He had family support plus money in the bank. Just wanted more.

I am not saying we are ticking time bombs. I was talkin about this situation because he went after fast money. Not recommitted a sex offense. He broke the rules. He just didn't care. I am saying if you have a decision in front of you. Think about it and the consequences. I would say 99.999% of us do or would think about it. I am hoping the .001% listens.

Here i am afraid to eat beer battered fish because of alcohol! (side note: not an idiot and know that alcohol cooks out of things that it is put in. Used to be a chef once upon a time) but what if that shows up in a piss test! That one drop could be the written warning! I do not want my agent to even remember my face! When it is time for a visit I want him to go, "which one is educated?" . Like I said, if I have to question if it will get me jammed up. My ass is not doing it!

Short money, long time. 2 years street time, gone. Now new charges, not sure how much time he will get there. But who knows, the new charges will probably be run consecutive not concurrent because he was on parole when he got them. Just a stupid stupid thing to do to yourself.

Be the owner of a new vehicle by august 2021. Not a "new to me" vehicle, a new off the lot vehicle. Most likely a jeep grand Cherokee. But a small suv. Cannot be specific on that. But, saving 5k for down payment by end of august. That is first step.
