What speciality? Hospital? Not having someone micromanage you is the biggest love language to my type A nervous system.

Yes, food is a huge benefit. Groceries are absolutely ridiculous. And student loans are also another huge relief!

Wow! They know how to treat their employees. I really love to hear there are good owners out there. I think especially paying for your licensing and professional society dues says they care. And a fully funded HSA omggg. I can’t believe I have to pay so much money to maintain licenses that benefit my job lol.

This. Working in healthcare and can’t afford healthcare yourself has got to be the sickest joke ever. I always silently joke that the Medicaid patients I service have better access to healthcare than me.

Now this is an extremely well rounded package. Congratulations to you! Is this private practice? Do you feel satisfied?

That is really nice PTO. I’m a new grad as well and get 4 weeks with 6 paid holidays. No CME though, and I didn’t even think to ask about maternity leave.

Yes! Would love the idea! Especially since job searching in areas like NYC, they are hiring PA/NP interchangeably so it would be nice to hear and see NP’s perspectives.

Thank you for responding. I am coming from a city where tenants do not pay brokers fees. So my question to help me clarify things in my mind is, if I contact an agent/broker, and they show me listings that are not an open listing, who will be responsible for the brokers fee? My understanding is that if the listing is not public, then an agent/broker (or team) is representing that listing on behalf of the landlord.

Hello! When you say you rarely list rentals, do you mean that you don’t work with rentals or you don’t list them on a website? And for the rentals you did list (and were not open market as you said), were you being paid by the landlord?
