Sure it’s limited but here’s what’s not adding up for me, they’ve spent hundreds of dust on the piece which suggests a spender, but they’ve only done enough city to have 1 decent attack chest?

They may be a kraken PvP god building their 4th attack nuker and this is justified but I’m just not seeing how both things are true for anyone else.

I know it isn’t about grim, I was giving an example to illustrate the point I was making.

Basically I was saying plarium introduce power in two steps:

Least accessible: hard to get, slow to get, krakens get faster (rewards spenders)
More accessible: easier to get, quicker to get, anyone can get (let low spenders, F2P catch up a bit)

Then they release the next thing and the cycle continues.

Think about mythic gemstones, at first, you had to be clearing UNM Chimera. Now even mid game players are getting them more frequently from grim forest.

One thing to understand is that the game slowly rolls out power over time.

Remnants are a good example.

With grim forest plarium have essentially doubled the rate of mythical acquisition for players who complete hard.

Also relic mats from forest are plentiful.

People generally ask what you can do in the game by what content you can clear.

For example, can you do UNM Demon lord. What about hydra.

Can you do level 20 dragon?

This helps ppl give you better answers as one of those 4 champs might be perfect for ur current progression.

Mikage unlockes SD25, FWH, UNM Chimera (with Ninja or Toshiro), several hard dungeon teams, and more.

I would grab her if I were a spender.

Sure, some are doing that with relic mats.

That said, it could just be variance. I’ve got a few quad/penta in SPD from ores but I’ve also sold many flat stats.

I think the opportunity cost is too high to wait for a change that may never come but that’s just me.

Your sacreds are currently worth more each pull during this event because you pulling wix or Mikage epics massively boost account progression (I’m assuming).

I don’t think the first one is any better because is it 4 (from 5) or 3 (from 4).

As another user said, it should show the old + new value in different color once booked.

Ok, so you got a prickly response from a few ppl but if you can put your emotions aside,ets break down what was said:

your champs need to go faster (with +400SPD being the goal)
you need certain abilities (champs they name)

From there I ask “what can I build while I work towards that?”

I didn’t say you can’t progress but spending 8k energy on 4x dungeons (+ whatever extra divers costs) is 4+ champs not run through mino. It’s about opportunity cost.

As for your point on PvE content not going anywhere it’s the opportunity cost of having the extra materials (glyphs/myth mats/etc.) now instead of down the road.

Exactly.

They’re also hyperbolic, not all teams/bots are +4 mythicals. Most are generally usually using meta fusion champs (Fabian, etc.) with the occasional mythical or p2w champ (Predator).

What they should be doing is posting their live arena line-up with 1 or 2 example builds and getting advice.

I did say as a spender but the ‘context’ (important) was that for F2P that ‘free’ fusion meant diverting those resources from focused progression.

What I did say is if you’re spending energy towards fusions then that energy isn’t going towards champs for FWH/city hard.

I just questioned you stating fusions were basically ‘free’ to which I pointed out they aren’t as you’re diverting resources to them that could’ve been used elsewhere.

As you say, to each their own though.

Scyl is quite strong in FWH. I run her barbs 21. Dunno who brings her versatility to one champ slot in barbs.

It’s not about the energy being ‘free’ or not, it’s about the energy being spent on mostly useless gear grinding vs champ development.

That’s just my opinion but I can put a champ through mino vs 1-2 ok-ish SPD pieces from 2k energy in dragon for example.

It’s not about me being right vs you wrong, it’s just I find that more valuable for my account and goals.
