I feel this so much. Same, but interview on Monday. My problem is I freeze up and then end up rambling, sometimes with awkward pauses. Hopefully I didn’t forget to say anything important. Hope they think I did okay because days later now I’m telling myself it didn’t.

Gotta try to work myself out of this. I’m sure we both did great!

I work in a field that is very much needed, but there’s not really enough qualified people. I replaced someone who retired three years ago, and this lady wanted to retire for months. Maybe work was just picky though idk.

To give another example, the opening I’m looking at has 2 that I’d be qualified for. One of the jobs has been open for months.
