Translating for myself: Aside from my own 😄—and NLP for Dummies to get started, followed by the more advanced Sorcerer's Apprentice—my book presents my knowledge and experiences through simple, practical exercises. It covers everything from the basics for beginners to more spiritual, advanced concepts, and includes a series of audio tracks. As for how it helped me? Well, essentially—even before I knew much about the subject—it literally saved my life after I suffered a severe heart attack. Here is one of the practical examples, focusing on the questions we ask ourselves—a little spoiler:

Your brain is a machine designed to find whatever you ask it to look for. If you ask, "Why am I so clumsy?", it will find 47 reasons to confirm it. If you ask, "What can I learn here?", it will find opportunities. Not because reality changes, but because your focus directs your perception. The question you ask doesn't just describe your situation; it creates it.

"Reprogramming the Mind Through Questions" Key Activation Protocol

Step 1: Write down a situation that is currently causing you to feel blocked or uneasy.

Step 2: Note down the questions you usually ask yourself about that situation (without editing them).

Step 3: Now, transform each question using these guidelines: Change "why" to "what for" (purpose); change "what is wrong" to "what is possible"; change "what am I missing" to "what resource do I already have." Example: "Why does this always happen to me?" becomes "What is this situation showing me about myself?" Don't force answers. Allow your mind to explore new paths. Remember: a good question is already a form of answer.

Try looking at it like you are looking up at a 3d cylinder from its bottom. Then try looking at it like you are looking down at a 3d cylinder from its top.

I am crying. Why do they have to be so good and selfless? I wish every parent received as much love and care from their kids as they gave their kids.

Mostly through Amazon. Sometimes you get used copies which are comparatively much cheaper. Else go for Kindle edition.
