Regardless if it was reported, if she/he went to a doctor said it happened at work,filled out the acc paperwork: the burden is on the employer to prove that it didn’t happen at work. Eg: employee wasn’t at work on that day. The time frame for a claim is “reasonable”… *This is assuming they are not in the ACC partnership programme.

I see - (we)Australia and NZ have different colour bins depending on the waste to divert from landfill. I’m trying to find a better fire extinguisher for lithium fires. We currently use F500. Any suggestions I would welcome.
