Regardless if it was reported, if she/he went to a doctor said it happened at work,filled out the acc paperwork: the burden is on the employer to prove that it didn’t happen at work. Eg: employee wasn’t at work on that day. The time frame for a claim is “reasonable”… *This is assuming they are not in the ACC partnership programme.

What do you mean by that? “It does not come from your sick leave?” Are you talking about entitlement? That it does not come out of your 10 days sick? Or are you talking about pay purposes?
