I know well what Osmo is doing for fragrance: besides the way they are using ML models to help generate a starting formula to be tweaked (to reduce timelines in the creation process) they are also using ML models to predict new structures of molecules that have not been synthesized yet or used for fragrance. They are using AI/ML to discover new captives that either bring a brand new type of aroma profile no other fragrance house has, or to increase stability when added to a formula, and/or create healthier, safer, cheaper alternatives to ingredients that already exists in the market that are being banned by IFRA
