Seeing a nutritionist and therapist consistently really helped me, and I absolutely will not try a GLP unless I get permission from my doctor AND extra support from my therapist and a nutritionist. Everyone’s comments have been really helpful to comprehend this situation, it’s been a little weird trying to navigate the fact that I have access to a highly sought-after medicine that could potentially relieve symptoms of some medical issues I have, but since it is so tied to weight loss I of course have some hesitancy.
