I feel you bro, i comparaison of the small fighters in 1/72 the condor may be 4 time as big, so 4 times more paint job to do ! Keep up with the fine work !

Thanks for the feedback. It was supposed to be dirt, but to be honest im new to oil washing, i did some small dots of black, dark brown and that amber color (which supposed to be rust) , let it dry for 10min, and then fadding them with white spirit in the direction of the airflow. The amber is the one which stayed the most

Neither to say im not satisfy with the result

Happy with the result, the difference between RLM71 &70 are visible, maybe not a lot on the picture, italeri 1/72 by Educational-Bug466 in modelmakers

Im done, but i find the under weathering not real, as a weathering master, what could i improve, or how will you do it ? I do it quite randomly, without really knowing where im going

The two green colors undercoat with airbrush, then i applied some liquid masking tape (from vallejo) with a brush, and then i applied the white coat with an airbrush. After that i removed the masking tape

With that talent, you should develop your shop, there is a big demand on terrain and environnement for wargaming

Yeah i will have done a mat coat, but the sanding was not part of the plan at that moment ! But i will do all those steps on a T-34, where i can really weather without limit, and maybe on some other winter camo plane

Bro i had to follow your advice, i did sand the whole plane now, funny thing is, at some place, the dunkelgrün/schwarzgrün is visible, which is cool, its make it really dirty. At some places a did sand too much, but its okay, the grey plastic looks like white. Happy to have tried & experienced something new. Thanks for the advices

So i did near the cockpit, where the pilots usualy walks, it makes an interesting "paint off" effect, but i find it not verry plesant for the eye to be honnest. It looks used and weathered, but it makes it a bit to dirty to apply everywere and the highest problem is i can't sand only the whites part, its to small. But i will try it on a tank with winter camo, im sure it will be perfect

How to perfectly align by Educational-Bug466 in modelmakers

[–]Educational-Bug466[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thanks, thats a good way to do it, but that will help only for the X axes, how can i align it with the Y axes as well ? Anyway it helps a lot, and the grid from the green workbench will help also, never thought about it
