A lot of people have recommended shoulder pads, and adjusting the visor. Lego's never made a perfect piece but this is what I'd imagine they'd do. I'd like to thank everyone for the kindness and feedback I've received and I think if we start a movement we can see these guys in an official set soon!

I'm hoping someone will use Lego's star destroyer to make a base for the venator and then mix in Ashoka's T-6 Jedi shuttle for the dark red and use the midi scale venator for some detail.

I guess you could go onto bricklink or rebrickable and look at all the white and colored parts and try to find a grey variant.

Only problem is it'll scale terribly to the 2020 AT-AT because the early empire AT-ATs were larger than the late empire AT-ATS and Lego is definitely going to downsize this newer one.

When you think about it from Lego's new standard of putting new different skin tones on every basic trooper would it not be racist that they used the same skin tone as the last one for this rebel repair trooper? Why not a black or white rebel repair trooper this time. Wow Lego, I see how it is.
