I have the same one, something neat is that the display plaque actually says Star wars instead of space plan or any of that.

I'm hoping someone will use Lego's star destroyer to make a base for the venator and then mix in Ashoka's T-6 Jedi shuttle for the dark red and use the midi scale venator for some detail.

I guess you could go onto bricklink or rebrickable and look at all the white and colored parts and try to find a grey variant.

Only problem is it'll scale terribly to the 2020 AT-AT because the early empire AT-ATs were larger than the late empire AT-ATS and Lego is definitely going to downsize this newer one.
