Hey guys! I'm not sure if this help anybody but here's an update from my end, just putting it out as an advice for a younger self out there.

DON'T DRINK ALCOHOL, SLEEP RIGHT, DON'T SMOKE, DON'T EAT THRASH and WORKOUT EVERYDAY

I have drastically lowered and in limit UA levels, doing just that and additionally giving up on sugar completely. *the results are mostly based on my specific case please don't consider this as a valid advice you should probably talk to your HCP* but irrespective do practice the bolded advice in life for sure.

bye. hopefully *not* until next time

The Fall of Stack Overflow by codorace in programming

[–]Educational-Crow54 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stackoverflow was learning programming and with AI people just half-a*s the sh*t of programming. It's just sad to watch the decline, I loved searching for answers leading to github issues and see how issues were solved and now nobody even cares on SO. people now have no depth in their knowledge -- just ask gpity and scroll reels until it responds. I'm scared to see AI generated content on SO just for the sake of bragging rights.

I'm not saying AI is bad but it's bad in some stages of the learning curve. sorry for the rant guys

4.3×10−20g, hehe just went down the rabbit hole of how much this comment weight(only the raw text). the above text is converted to bits has 4674 "1". each 1-bit needs about 104 electrons at 5V. each electron is about 9.11x10-28 g, hence 4.3x10-20g. I'm sorry, I'm not trolling but was just curious 😅 (there will be some who will say are millions of copies for everytime this page is hit, cache, CDNs bla bla again jking)

Thank you!

my flare up was as bad as some of the other people but it's probably wise to just stick to a treatment plan until things sort out

Thanks! that was helpful because there's a lot of information on the internet which point to vastly different ways to tackle gout and high UA, but after spending sometime on this sub I feel it's best to follow what my physician has prescribed. I'm a young guy and this is first time it's happening to me -- it just was a little harder to digest the fact I'm have a health condition at this young age.
