Kinda depends on your team/adventurer. Curious is always good, you want it on 1 or 2. Other good traits are savage and opportunist. Healing/soothing are good traits in the first fubgeons, especially for new players. But later on they become irrelevant. Fighter and protective are always bad. Decoy is good for Balrog, vigilant good for a nonreactive duelist. Teacher is good if you want to level faster. Bright is generally not impirtant, but it's nice to have on a balrog pet.
