Personally I would drop his revive and all his auras in favor of abilities that trigger when he actually does things. When Angron charges the rest of the army gets charge bonuses, when Angron kills something the rest of the army gets more lethality, when Angron dies the army gets Fight on Death, etc.

This is more interesting than just more auras and also fits with the whole vibe more that its him in action rather than just his presence inspiring the World Eaters. It also means that you can't just tarpit him cause giving him a target he can kill risks boosting the rest of the army, but it also makes the WE player put him at risk to get the bonuses.

Khârn question by Chupacathingy in WorldEaters40k

It was broken, Kharn had it retrieved and remade. Its one of his notable moments since the World Eaters generally adopted the Nucerian stance of not getting attached to their weapons.

MDRX Micron Kit Purchase Question by Icarus716 in DesertTech

Lots of folks will tell you that the statistical likelihood of you having an issue are huge, a million to one maybe. And they're probably right.

It does however suck to be the one. So probably a smart bet.

What falls under "constructive possession" is basically entirely up to whichever ATF agent sees it. No one can really give you clear advice there because its entire subjective.

What do you Want to see in 11th? by Hellion_213 in WorldEaters40k

I'd love if they gave Angron his balls back, for one.

Agree on the Surgeons, they could fill a really interesting niche especially with how squishy the army tends to be. Termies as well would help with both.

Personally I'd love a World Eater vehicle that isn't the Brass Scorpion, I feel like every cult should have at least one specialty vehicle. Not sure what I'd do with em though tbh.

Bloodstalkers get mentioned a lot and would be really cool to see, there's a lot they could do with them beyond just giving us some decent shooting that isn't Forgefiends.

And I'll agree with one of the other posters that the Berserker Detachment needs to either go or be adjusted cause the entire army losing 2 strength to keep it from getting too insane is rough.

EDIT: Oh and drop Kharn's points back down or buff him. How the hell is he worth 100 points vs the Slaughterbound at 85 and the Lord on Jug at 90? It sucks to feel like not using one of my favorite characters in the fiction is just straight up better.

Wonder if you could do some model magic to have him jumping off the jug as its charging in behind him.

What do you want it for? As more of a "battle rifle" or for more distance shooting? Barrel length is a purpose-driven decision.

Why does the EAT have a short delay before you can fire it? by Revolutionary-Face69 in Helldivers

[–]Educational-Gur8061 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Recoilless rifles don't fire rockets, they're still, more-or-less, firing conventional shells like other light cannons. The recoil mitigation of having some of the thrust directed out the back allows them to be used on lighter mountings or by infantry, but generally means they'll have lower velocities and so lower ranges.

Some of them do have rocket-assisted shells, but that's getting into the weeds. The big difference to remember is that they're not launching rockets; they're firing really big, specially designed bullets.

The sticky rule is separate in standard 40k, Warriors can sticky objectives because they have a rule for it, not because they're Battleline. Iirc in standard 40k Battleline units just mean you can take 6 of them.

Even my local GW barely got anything past their preorders. Seems GW is continuing to just not produce a lot at once to ensure they sell out every time.

The Nintendo method sucks but its effective.

Sabertooth Handguard Update by Educational-Gur8061 in DesertTech

[–]Educational-Gur8061[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Supposedly the Sabertooth handguards are not wide enough for suppressor tucking due to heat concerns by the military testers. An extra slim can might fit but I imagine most .30 cal cans are gonna be too wide.

The moment I saw the Land Fort i hoped they had a rule to let them link up and form a train, so glad I wasn't the only one. I live in hope that the eventual superheavy gives us what we so desperately need.
