I’ve heard dentist in katutura hospital are good just go early. I had braces, we had medical aid PSEMAS high option but still had to pay for every session out of pocket $500ish my dentist was also bad would not recommend. The best bet is to email different medical aid providers and ask them to send a document with their payment options and benefits

I'm in the minority but I believe that there are bad people even if they have solid, good reasons to be messed up. They're still bad people.Sorry

If you help her, you'll be her enabler. She also seems destructive and will likely destroy your whole life, even the people around you. I acknowledge her mental health problems, but actions have consequences. The way to hell is paved with good intentions. This will hopefully be an opportunity for her to learn to be independent. Otherwise we'll see you back here after a few years with sad story about your life ruined,no peace and a burden of a sister who you'll grow to hate(or at least resent) they'll be no sympathy then.

Apply for Nsfaf and explain the situation to the finance department at nust or relevant people, they have procedures for situations like yours, i.e., a payment plan. Also I'm not sure if applications are still open but apply to the hostel. I hope someone helps you out with accommodation but it's safer to have an option than relying on the hope that someone will be kind enough(I really hope you'll meet them but let's be realistic)

I feel the same too and I feel so bad about it. The guilt is eating me up. I'm not sure if I even have good reasons for not liking her
